Jeffrey T. Morris, a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, has 35 years of experience in intellectual property, bankruptcy, zoning, construction, business, and commercial litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. He is admitted in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Jeff has handled complex litigation, including patent infringement cases in the highway construction industry, construction disputes such as the PNC Park signage subcontractor claim, and owner claims in large senior living projects. He also assists business owners with commercial finance documents, nondisclosure and noncompete agreements, intellectual property licenses, and employment contracts.
He has lectured for the National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the Federal Bar Association. A past president of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Jeff is a member of several bar associations and the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration Panel). He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, and J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
